A quick note about the name "Mark Millstorm": that is the pen name I'm using, since my real last name, "Muhlestein" is difficult for most non-German-speaking readers. "Mühlestein" just means "millstone" in Swiss German, and "Millstone" would have been my first choice for a pseudonym, but alas, establishing a unique web presence would have been much harder. So I went with "Millstorm".
